I went to a preview screening of this Thursday night. It was wonderful. A bit long (don't drink a lot during or before) at 2 hours 15 minutes, but totally worth it.

Emma Thompson, Michael Gambon were the only stars I recognized but also starred Matthew Goode (as the lead Charles Ryder), Hayley Atwell and Ben Whishaw.

Gay themes, Catholic vs Atheism theme. Yay! Good times.

This is based of book that was also made into a bbc miniseries in the 80s starring...

Firstly I can't believe we dont have a Batman thread, secondly I cant believe that upon finding that out no one had created a TDK thread!!

To begin, have we all seen it yet?? I went and saw it the day after it came out. Not because I was itching to, tis just the way it happend.

Ive seen all the other Batman movies and enjoyed the cheesey comicbookness.

It was wonderful. I laughed so hard I was coughing (which isn't hard because I'm getting over an allergy attack and I'm still quite congested). And I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.. or that much during a film.
