Yes, tis true. I was officially my drunkest of all time on NYE! I blame Kate, yes I do, for not keeping up with my drinking and forcing me to drink most of the vodka and rum (mixed with champagne!)! LOL! 
Never... drinking... that... much... again. I think I actually gave myself alcohol poisoning. Oopsies 
Surprisingly, I do remember the night before the sickness began, and it was a blast. Don't worry Kate, it was a night to remember, and we both enjoyed ourselves, so thankies!

As of today I have the house to myself for a while, and I NEEDED it.
I've had my brother and his gf here before xmas, then she left, and a week later he has gone (but will be back Friday with her, unh) and my sister and her partner have been here from interestate and they stole my double bed for the duration. Thankfully they've gone back home and my parents have tagged along for a short holiday. So currently I'm in full recline in the loungeroom, laptop hooked up and watching my fave band, Placebo, on my wall thanks to our (borrowed) projector screen and recording it on to DVD from my shitty old VHS. I have a stack a mile high of random things that I want to copy. Tomorrow will be spent watching gay boys on my big screen with a friend  and catching up with friends on the weekend, just chilling out.

Oh gosh, don't mention me starting work! I'm trying not to think about it! LOL! I'm surprinsingly nervous. And I guess I've gotten used to
being lazy Van... and now I will be forced to turn into stressed and tired Van. The joys of full time work?! I just hope I get to work with nice people, as it
can make all the difference!
You're right though, I could hardly walk around the supermarket today, let alone start a new job! Can you imagine?
But yes, I have fond memories of NYE 2007. I hope we can all meet up again sometime... hopefully LOTS of times later this year when we get invited to all those Australia promotions!
