Let's see... I studied German for 5 years in high school, and I can hardly remember a thing. I did visit Berlin a couple of years ago, and I did a
refresher language course, and it's lucky I did, because nobody there spoke English! I had to speak German all the time, and somehow I got by! LOL! But
alas, the words have slipped my mind again... I remember but a few.
Ich bin Vanessa. Ich liebe Moulin Rouge! 
(I am Vanesa. I love Moulin Rouge!) Oh, and here's my absolute favourite German phrase - Ich mochte ein Stuck Schwarzwelderkirschtorte! (I would like a piece of black forest cake!) LOL!

Oh yeah, I always forgot how to spell black forest cake, I just loved pronouncing the word... and it's also my favourite cake!
When I went to Berlin, I fell in love with curry wurst and kartofelnsalat (spelling?) - which is curry sausage and potato salad! Mmm!

Unfortunately, my knowledge of German is very limited, but I think you said something about preferring to write in German, as you're not very good at English... and you are a Ewan fan with your own fansite! And a forum too, I think!
