Well congrats and best of luck to the show-going Diamond Dogs! (The guys ones too!)

Here's what I've done in terms of acting and singing...

Highschool - Played a mom in the school play, "Sugar & Spice," annoyed everyone in the cast because I didn't get nervous before the performances.

College - Performed in a scene from "Crimes of the Heart," again annoyed cast with my lack of nervousness.

I used to get up and sing in front of groups at medieval events, but I haven't really done that in a long time. Now THAT made me nervous! Nowadays, I will occasionally sing at the session at the Irish pub, downtown, but it takes a lot to get me to sing in front of people. I just get too nervous.

Except! I love to do sea shanties! There's a shanty sing at a pub a couple towns over. And I can go there and belt out the sea shanties with no problem. I love it so much! I still get nervous, but doing a sea shanty is almost as good as just plain screaming, so it works really well.

My main form of performing these days is belly dancing. I love to dance, and I've been taking Middle Eastern dancing for a couple of years now. And NO! it's not related to exotic dancing or stripping! :p

Acting wise, the only other things I've done are appearing as an extra in the 3rd season premier of Gene Roddenberry's Earth Final Conflict, and I was made up into a demon and filmed for an episode of the series, GvsE (good vs. evil). I kind of liked it because it was adventurous, and GvsE is my all time favorite show, but I really liked it a lot more when I got to go to the production studios and watch them edit new episodes. That was the coolest! :)

In short, I do not want to act, but I love to sing and dance.
