Posts: 14631 06/03/08 03:51 Mistress KATE Wild	Tags : None HAPPY MOULIN-ROUGERVERSARY! Hard to believe it has been SEVEN years since this movie hit our screens!! And almost seven years since I joined this wonderful forum and scary the effects it has all had on my life! Since then I've travelled overseas to meet some great rouger friends and watch MR! with them in person, we've all taken part in interviews with creators Baz Luhrmann and Craig Pearce...and regardless of how often each of us posts, we still think of each other and are genuinely happy to get together and reminisce about how much this movie had a giant positive ripple effect on our lives. So cheers to you, have a taste of the green fairy! No wonder I feel so deprived - but thankfully I've had this forum to keep me going. It's a fabulous place to visit and keep our MR memories alive. I will always have a fascination with Baz and his team, and MR remains my favourite movie of all time (however, this might be overtaken by a certain Australia this year? It's a short and top set in white with a print and it's a Barbie-esque in profile walking her dog, the Arc de Triumph, the Eiffel Tower and of course the Moulin Rouge in the pattern. It makes me feel all rougey when I wear it. And it's comfy (and was half off).
