Hugh has arrived in LA, presumably for the November 8 A FINE ROMANCE charity event which he co-hosts with Catherine Zeta Jones. The event is chaired by FOX
boss Jim Gianapulos.

Sunday night, our hero-hero went a-singing in A FINE ROMANCE.
 
Here is a photo with forthcoming co-star Catherine Zeta Jones, during a press session ( hmm..I thought the press wasn't invited - maybe just a select group). I wonder if there were any questions shot out to him re AUSTRALIA? Btw, he sang IF I LOVED YOU with Broadway star Audra McDonald with whom he did the CAROUSEL concert in 2002...and ANYTHING YOU CAN DO, I CAN DO BETTER with another Broadway star Kristin Chenoweth.

Next stop - MoMA Tribute on Tuesday! They should have asked him to sing, instead of Elton John ( according to Liz Smith?) for that event! Even if Elton is
debuting a song for AUSTRALIA ( just guessing...er.. hoping, of course
).

Oops, sorry -- too many dates to remember.
Yes, the American Australian Association dinner at Cipriani is on Tuesday. I wonder if all three will make a surprise appearance there ( isn't there a scheduled preview of AUSTRLIA there?) as Rupert Murdoch is one of the honorees for the event. Hmm...might be interesting to go there as some of the top finance and business minds will be there, including Paul Volcker, former FED Chairman and top Obama adviser. |

There could be some promotion for AUSTRALIA there, as they would likely be introduced as the leads for this forthcoming movie out this Thanksgiving

Here's snaps of everyone attending. http://www.wireimage.com/...ann&sfld=C&vwmd=e A friend of mine and others went to the venue to see if they could catch Hugh and got very lucky - she got two really good close-up shots of him and he chatted with them for a bit. She also said he spoke to the media a very long time so I wonder if we'll hear anything about that.
