There's actually been quite a few people ask if Australia will be a musical. I guess it's an understandable assumption to make for people not very familiar with Baz films. I mean, Moulin Rouge was Baz's 'latest' film - and that was released back in 2001. People will have had this movie in their minds for many years, and I guess MR is the movie most people think of when they think of a Baz film?
I too hope that Nic and Hugh will sing a tune in Australia. We've already discussed the idea on the board somewhere - the idea of them singing round a campfire sounds good to me! LOL! Baz has hinted that although this will be a historical epic, he will keep some of his 'uniqueness' in this film, and hopefully that will include some cheeky humour, such as an amusing wee ditty or two!
